Q. How long will it take for the package to reach me?You can expect your order to reach you within 7 business days. We try our best to get you your order in the quickest time possible.
Q. Can I return or exchange an item?You can request for an exchange within 7 days of receiving the package. Please make sure that the garment is in the same condition in which it was shipped, unused and in its original packaging, with all Ted Ferde tags still attached. Once we receive the return package, we will take 7 days to review and process your exchange.
We do not accept any returns. However, we do offer store credit.
Q. . What if the garment received is faulty or damaged?In case the item delivered is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package, so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Please note that the item will not be accepted for an exchange if the number of days exceeds 7.
Q. Is there a pick up service for the items that I need to exchange?Our delivery partner will facilitate the return, free of cost.
Q. How do I know what size to order?We advise you to go through our Size Guide to find the right fit for yourself. How do I care for my garment?We include a note with care instructions listed, in our delivery package.
