Refund Policy
Exchange
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its
original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request and let you know if the exchange was approved. If your exchange is
accepted, our delivery partner will facilitate a pick-up service from the delivery location, free of cost.
Please note that we do not offer any exchanges on accessories, sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of receiving the package if the item is faulty, damaged, or if
you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that the item will not be accepted for an
exchange if the number of days exceeds 7.
In case the item you purchased has sold out, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and a full refund will be offered on
your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Returns and Refund
Unfortunately, we do not offer or accept any returns or refunds. However, we do offer store credit.
