Shipping and Exchange Policy
Shipping
We ship across India and offer free shipping to all our customers. Prepaid Orders are shipped free of cost all across India. However,
orders worth less than Rs. 1,000/- will have an additional cost of Rs. 100 as shipping charges. In order to remove the shipping
charges, you can keep your cart value to a minimum of Rs. 1,000/-.

You can expect your order to reach you within upto 7 business days after receiving your order confirmation
email. Once your order has
shipped, you will receive another email notification from us which will include a tracking link that you can use to check its status.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us
as soon as possible at hello@tedferde.com with your name and order number, and we will look
into it for you.
Prepaid Orders
The prepaid orders include special discounts, which is as follows::

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
The following terms are applicable for any products that you may have purchased with us at Ted Ferde.
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. For the exchange of
items, a store credit note equivalent to the cost amount is provided and will be reflected in your Ferde Wallet. Cash/ Monetary
refunds are not provided.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its
original packaging. The package should be in its original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase.
Our delivery partner will facilitate a pick-up service from the delivery location, free of cost.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@tedferde.com with your order
number and a photo of the item’s condition.
Unfortunately, we do not offer or accept any returns or refunds. However, we do offer store credit.
The returned items will be examined by the quality check team upon receiving them. Failing to meet the qualifying conditions mentioned
will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No store credit will be reimbursed in this case.
Please note that accessories, sale items, and gift cards cannot be exchanged.

Gifts
You may send a product as a gift and get it shipped to the person you intend to get it delivered to. If a product was marked as a gift
when purchased and it requires an exchange, then you will receive a store credit for the value of your product. Once the returned
product is received, your Ferde Wallet will be updated.
