Shipping

Q. Where do you ship? We ship all over India
Q. Is there a shipping fee?We offer free shipping to all our customers.
Q. How long will it take for the package to reach me?You can expect your order to reach you within 7 business days. We try our best to get you your order in the quickest time possible.
Q. How can I track my order?You will find a tracking link in the shipping confirmation email, to check the status of you delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

Q. Can I return or exchange an item?You can request for an exchange within 7 days of receiving the package. Please make sure that the garment is in the same condition in which it was shipped, unused and in its original packaging, with all Ted Ferde tags still attached. Once we receive the return package, we will take 7 days to review and process your exchange.

We do not accept any returns. However, we do offer store credit.
Q. What if the garment received is faulty or damaged? In case the item delivered is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package, so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Please note that the item will not be accepted for an exchange if the number of days exceeds 7.
Q. What if the item I purchased is out of stock? If the item you purchased has sold out, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and a full refund will be offered. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Q. Is there a pick up service for the items that I need to exchange? Our delivery partner will facilitate the return, free of cost.

Orders

Q. How do I know what size to order? We advise you to go through our Size Guide to find the right fit for yourself. In case of any questions regarding the same, please get in touch with us via hello@tedferde.com.
Q. How do I care for my garment? We include a note with care instructions listed, in our delivery package.
Q. Can i change or cancel my order? We have a 12-hour cancellation policy, which means you have 12 hours after placing an order to request a cancellation. The item will not be accepted for cancellation if the number of hours exceeds 12.

Payment

Q. Do you accept cash on delivery? We do accept cash on delivery.
Q. What payment methods do you offer? We accept all major Debit and Credit Cards. You can also pay us via UPI or our affiliated online wallets.
Q. Do you have any offline store locations? Currently we do not have a brick and mortar. All our products are available to shop exclusively on our website.

Q. How can I book an appointment with your stylists? To avail our styling services, drop us a message on (+91) 92056 95568, and our team will get in touch with you within 24 hours with all the necessary details.
Q. Will the styling happen virtually? We will help you schedule a virtual appointment with our stylists, at your convenience.
Q. Is there a fee to avail this service? This service is available to all our Ted Ferde customers, free of charge.
Q. Will your stylists help me style outfits from my own wardrobe too? Our remarkable team of stylists will help you style Ted Ferde outfits with pieces from your existing wardrobe too.
